Japanese Police Take Delivery Of Specially-Prepared Nissan Coupes

Japan have joined other countries like Italy and UAE to pride themselves in acquiring super hot modified sportcars for their police.

Tokyo Metropolitan Police have added three specially prepared Nissan 370Z NISMO coupes to their fleet to enhance the speed of their law-enforcing duties. The standard Nissan 370Z comes with a 3.7 litre engine producing 350 horsepower and goes from 0-100km/h in 5.2 seconds with an acheiveable top speed of 250km/h.

According to a Tokyo city police spokesperson, the Nissan coupes were chosen for their role because the police wanted an “iconic car” for a new road safety initiative.
