King Of Bollywood Acquires A BMW i8

Now if you haven't watched the bollywood movie, Don 1 and 2, then you don't appreciate Indian movies and their actors but if you know who Shah Rukh is and still you haven't watched that movie, then you still don't appreciate Indian movies.

According to media reports in India, King Khan - as he is fondly known to his fans - just purchased a BMW i8 which was personally delivered to his house by BMW Navneet Motors director Sharad Kachalia. 

Known for his love of fancy cars, the superstar already owns a Audi A6, Bentley and Rolls Royce Phantom among others.

Bystanders and paparazzi recorded the superstar taking the new ride out for a spin on the streets of Mumbai as soon as the car was delivered to his house on Wednesday.

The car which costs a cool INR22.9 million in India is a plug-in hybrid sports car that is powered by a 1.5Litre turbocharged I3 petrol engine and 7.1 kWh lithium-ion battery Battery combines to give it a top speed of 250km/h, going from 0–100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in 4.4 seconds.

He has also applied for a customised number plate bearing his lucky digits 555.
