Guy Caught On Camera Pouring Sugar Into Police Car

Amidst the tense African American-Police relationship in the United States, this dude is certainly not helping matters. The guy was caught on camera pouring what is reported to be sugar into the fuel tank of a parked police patrol car somewhere in Washington D.C, taking his time as he commits the hideous act. He was eventually arrested though.
