Who Did It? Car Caught Speeding While Owner Was Away On Holiday

This guy gets a letter from the Police saying that his Vauxhaull Corsa was spotted by a local community group traveling at 60 km/h in a 48 Km/h zone. But the bizarre thing is that, he and his girlfriend were away in Greece on a two week holiday and his car was supposed to be parked at a Parking lot near Gatwick Airport where he left it, or so he it thought.
Chris Lynch came back to find he had a speeding ticket and also his supposedly idle car was stained with cigarette ash, short on petrol and had gained a 150 mile extra mileage. who did it?
"It was a horrible feeling," he said.
"Even speeding is not something you would want to experience, knowing you were not responsible for it.
When the BBC tried to call Blue Star Parking on a number supplied by Mr Lynch, the person who answered said it was no longer operating under that name and closed eight months ago.
Good thing is Sussex Police rescinded the warning letter after seeing evidence of Mr Lynch's holiday photos but the other thing is nobody knows who did yet.
