Driver Survives After Car Dangles From Wire After Fall

A car was left dangling dangerously by wires off a parking garage in downtown Dallas, Texas after the driver accidentally drove off the edge.

According to the Austin Police Department, the tyre and axle of the Toyota SUV got caught in a high tension wire, leaving it dangling off the side of the building after the driver .The driver managed to crawl through a window of his car to safety, according to a post on the Austin Fire Department's Facebook page.

Hard to see but there's a car dangling off the side of the garage. Looks like the driver got out ok.

Firefighters and a salvage company later removed the vehicle.
