Do you know that in Shenzhen City of China, if you drive your car at night with your headlamps on full beam, you could be fined heavily by the Police and made to stare into the lights for 60 seconds as a punishment.

@ Staniswheel, we really need this policy in Nigeria. Here, people even use the high beam on untarred roads.

We really do, Most motorists don't even understand the use of full or low beam. But at the same time,understand that roads in China are well lit compared to Nigerian roads.
Delete
