We Need The Ghostbusters To Solve This

Do you believe in ghosts? if you do, have you seen one before? A 2014 dashcam footage from Russia has been causing quite the buzz on the internet after Halloween as what could only be explained as a ghost car appearance. 

The footage shows a BMW stop at an intersection, the car waits till the intersection is clear and then proceeds to take a left turn. Then just at the centre of the intersection, a black car appears from nowhere and cuts the BMW which visibly brushes it.

We’ve reviewed the clip over and over and can’t work out where that car came from. So it’s over to you guys. Since today is Sunday, someone please use spiritual eyes to explain this.
