Jaguar F-Pace, The Most Beautiful Car In The World?

So the year hasn't gone halfway and 2017 titles are being given already. Jaguar announced recently that its first SUV, the F-Pace has been voted the "most beautiful car in the world" for 2017. Not only, the Jaguar F-Pace has won both the World Car of the Year and World Car Design of the Year titles.

It’s the only vehicle to have earned both titles in the 13-year history of the World Car Awards. So, how was this all decided? A total of 75 car journalists hailing from 24 countries made the deciding votes. 

“The F-Pace is our first ever SUV but it is clearly recognizable as a Jaguar and for it to win the 2017 World Car of the Year trophy vindicates our decision to bring our unique design principles and dynamic qualities to a new sector of the market,” stated Jaguar’s famed design director, Ian Callum. 

There’s no doubt in my mind the Jaguar F-Pace is a beauty, but does this 340 horsepower SUV truly deserve this title?
