Ferrari Expands Its Museum For Its 70th Anniversary


Italian Supercarmaker, Ferrari will be celebrating its 70th anniversary soon and in line with the big celebrations, it has announced that it will has opened two new exhibitions in its official museum in Maranello, Italy.

Under the Skin and Infinite Red, were inaugurated with Ferrari's CEO Sergio Marchionne, Vice President Piero Ferrari, and Maranello Mayor Massimiliano Morini present. These two new exhibits The two exhibitions extend the museum’s size by more than 600 square meters, for a grand total of 4,100 square meters with a multifunctional space of about 300 square meters, which can host up to 250 people for events, included.


Under the Skin was created in partnership with the London Design Museum, to celebrate the engineering development of Ferrari through the years beginning with the first Ferrari, the 125 S, and it also recalls how Enzo Ferrari was at the forefront of automotive technology in his time

Infinite Red, celebrates 70 years of the Prancing Horse with some of the greatest Ferraris ever built. Examples include various Formula One cars driven by Alberto Ascari and Michael Schumacher, among other greats. There are also some iconic GT cars, such as several from the 250 family like 250 GT Berlinetta "Tdf" and 250 GTO. 

Under the Skin will be open until this November while Infinite Red will remain until the end of the year.
